Mija Bradford is a Clinical Therapist at Attracting Your Life, LLC. She sees clients at the LaGrange location and via Telehealth.
There is a correlation between the Mind, Body, Spirit, Emotions, and our relationship with others, that an imbalance in any of these areas may cause complications and issues in one's life. When we find ourselves imbalanced, our natural compass will motivate us to seek assistance to walk us back to our true selves.
My therapeutic style integrates a variety of therapeutic modalities, like psychodynamic theory and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral theory CBT, mindfulness, trauma informed, Person-Centered Therapy, and even Reiki and Sound Bowl Healing. My clinical interests include counseling children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, body image issues, recovering from early childhood trauma, and couples exploring nonconforming relationships.

REIKI
Reiki is a combination of two Japanese words and means “Universal life energy.” During a reiki session, the practitioner moves life force energy through your body to remove energetic blockages, balance your energy and restore flow. Reiki is a holistic treatment that addresses the body, emotions, mind, and spirit.
The many benefits of reiki include: relief of stress and anxiety, pain relief, eases muscle tension, strengthens the immune system, deep relaxation, and peace of mind and body.
AKASHIC RECORD READING
Akashic is the Sanskrit word for the Ultimate Void. Everything in existence is born from the Void. The Akashic Records are a memory bank of all human knowledge, past, present, and future. It exists on the etheric plane. It’s also referred to as the “Book of Life.” An Akashic Record Reading gives you a glimpse into the book of your life.

AKASHIC REIKI I & II TRAINING CERTIFICATION
This training is for anyone who wishes to open their energy channels at a physical level and reconnect with the Source of Reiki energy healing within. This 2-day workshop teaches students the art of energy healing and energy medicine. Explore different Reiki traditions as well as learn how to perform Reiki self-care and facilitate Reiki on loved ones.
